If you use InvoiceDeck without creating an account, your invoice data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leaves your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using our "Clear Data" feature.

Registered User Data (Account Holders)

When you create an account, your invoice data, client information, and settings are stored securely in our cloud database to enable features like invoice history, recurring invoices, and cross-device access. Your data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We do not sell, share, or provide third-party access to your data. You can request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support.

Quote Verification Data

When a client accepts and digitally signs a quote, we collect specific verification data including the signer's IP address, browser user-agent string, and the precise timestamp of signature. For direct Pro and Business subscribers, payment processing is handled exclusively by Paystack. We never store, process, or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers.
